This section contains Shadow Reports, submitted by  NGOs, National human rights institutions, UN specialised agencies and other bodies to the Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, as part of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) reporting mechanism.  Under the reporting mechanisms, non-governmental bodies are allowed to submit parallel reports which are reviewed by the Committee in addition to the reports submitted by State Parties (see accompanying Committee Concluding Observation and State Party Reports for each country).
