El decreto supremo número 570 de la División de Rectoría y Regulación Sanitaria del Ministerio de Salud fue publicado el 14 de julio del 2000 en el Diario Oficial Chileno. Este decreto aprueba el reglamento para la internación de las personas con enfermedades mentales y sobre los establecimientos que la proporcionan.
