Description

Las normas consagradas en la presente ley, tienen por objeto impulsar la formulación e implementación de la política pú-blica en discapacidad, en forma coordinada entre las entidades pú-blicas del orden nacional, regional y local, las organizaciones de personas con y en situación de discapacidad y la sociedad civil, con el fin de promocionar y garantizar sus derechos fundamentales, en el marco de los Derechos Humanos.


The standards contained in this Act, are intended to promote the formulation and implementation of public policy on disability Republic, in coordination with the public institutions at the national, regional and local organizations and people in situation disability and civil society, to promote and ensure their fundamental rights as part of human rights.
