Description

The World Health Organization (WHO) endorsed the Global strategy to reduce the harmful use of alcohol (Resolution WHA63.13) (1) in May 2010. This document proposes to use the WHO’s global strategy as the framework for action and includes a regional plan of action implementing the global strategy.
