Description
Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Minister shall exercise general powers of supervision and inspection over local authorities in all matters relating to the maintenance and promotion of the public health, and may give such directions and make such orders for the due compliance as may from time to time seem fit.Consolidated Act 2006.
