National Program for the Development of People with Disability 2009-2012. For an inclusive Mexico: building bonds for the full exercise of rights of people with disabilities.The programme is organized in 5 chapters: chapter 1 features an overview of the international and national background; chapter 2 focuses on the legal and operational aspects of the action plan; chapter 3 analyses the situation of people with disabilities in Mexico; in chapter 4 the mission, vision and objective of the programme are described; lastly, chapter 5 contains a detailed list of the actions to be implemented.
