La presente ley tiene por objeto la protección e inclusión social de toda persona natural con discapacidad mental o que adopte conductas que la inhabiliten para su normal desempeño en la sociedad.This law aims at the protection and social inclusion of all persons with mental disabilities and to prohibit systems that disqualify their ability to function in society.
