Es un Plan promovido por la Comisión Nacional Asesora para la Integración de Personas
Discapacitadas a través del Consejo Federal de Discapacidad según Resolución N° 1/03
de dicho Consejo, para trabajar en conjunto con las provincias y municipios de todo el
territorio nacional y el Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires (GCBA.); convocando a
Organizaciones Gubernamentales (OGs), Organizaciones no Gubernamentales (ONGs)
de y para personas con discapacidad, profesionales, como así también usuarios y el
conjunto de la comunidad.

El Plan se centra en un proceso de cambio con base comunitaria.

The Plan is sponsored by the National Advisory Committee for the Integration of Persons
Disabled with Federal Disability Council by Resolution No. 1/03
of the Council, to work together with the provinces and municipalities throughout the
country and the Government of the City of Buenos Aires (GCBA.); calling
Governmental Organizations (GOs), Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs)
with and for people with disabilities, professionals, as well as users and
the whole community.

The Plan focuses on a process of community-based change.
