Opiumwet, als na de handhaving van de wet van 13 juli 2002, tot wijziging van de Opiumwet (Stb. [Bulletin Staatsblad] 2002, 520), en het besluit om de lijsten I en II van de Opiumwet (Stb. actualiseren 2002, 623), die besluit gelijktijdig zal worden vastgesteld overeenkomstig de genoemde wet.
