Description
Enabling Masterplan 2012-2016 adopts a life-course approach starting with the early pre-school years, then to the education and employment phase of life, and the adult and ageing years. The Masterplan identifies the needs of persons with disabilities at every phase of life, as well as gaps in the current landscape. We have recommended policies, programmes and services to plug the gaps. We have also studied the needs of caregivers so as to support families in caring for persons with disabilities.
