Proglašavam Zakon o zdravstvenoj zaštiti, kojega je Hrvatski sabor donio na sjednici 15. prosinca 2008. godine.

Ovim se Zakonom uređuju načela i mjere zdravstvene zaštite, prava i obveze osoba u korištenju zdravstvene zaštite, nositelji društvene skrbi za zdravlje stanovništva, sadržaj i organizacijski oblici obavljanja zdravstvene djelatnosti te nadzor nad obavljanjem zdravstvene djelatnosti.

This Act regulates the principles and measures of health care, the rights and obligations of persons in the use of health care stakeholders, health care for the population, content and organizational forms of scientific activity and supervision of health care.
