Proglašavam Zakon o kvaliteti zdravstvene zaštite i socijalne skrbi, koji je Hrvatski sabor donio na sjednici 21. listopada 2011. godine.

Ovim se Zakonom određuju načela i sustav mjera za ostvarivanje i unapređenje sveobuhvatne kvalitete zdravstvene zaštite u Republici Hrvatskoj te propisuje postupak akreditacije zdravstvenih ustanova, trgovačkih društava koja obavljaju zdravstvenu djelatnost te privatnih zdravstvenih radnika kao i procjena zdravstvenih tehnologija, a sve radi osiguranja i smanjivanja rizika po život i zdravlje pacijenata.



Promulgates the quality of health care and social welfare, the Croatian Parliament on its session on 21 October year 2011.

This act establishes the principles and measures for achieving and improving overall quality of health care in the Republic of Croatia, and provides a procedure for accreditation of health institutions, companies engaged in health services and private health care workers as well as the evaluation of health technologies, all in order to secure and reduce the risk life and health of patients.
