Description

Proglašavam Zakon o suzbijanju zlouporabe opojnih droga, koji je donio Hrvatski sabor na sjednici 2001.

Radi zaštite života i zdravlja ljudi ovim se Zakonom u cilju suzbijanja zlouporabe opojnih droga uređuju:
1. uvjeti za uzgoj biljaka iz kojih se mogu dobiti opojne droge, te uvjeti za izradu, posjedovanje i promet opojnih droga i tvari koje se mogu uporabiti za izradu opojnih droga,
2. nadzor nad uzgojem biljaka iz kojih se mogu dobiti opojne droge te nad izradom, posjedovanjem i prometom opojnih droga i tvari koje se mogu uporabiti za izradu opojnih droga,
3. mjere za suzbijanje zlouporabe opojnih droga,
4. sustav za prevenciju ovisnosti te pomoći ovisnicima i povremenim uzimateljima opojnih droga.


Promulgates the Law on the Prevention of Drug Abuse, which was adopted by the Croatian Parliament at its meeting in 2001.

In order to protect human life and health, this Act governs:
First conditions for growing plants from which drugs can be obtained, and the conditions for the development, possession and trafficking of narcotic drugs and substances that can be used to manufacture drugs,
2nd control over the cultivation of plants from which drugs can be obtained: over the production, possession and trafficking of narcotic drugs and substances that can be used to manufacture drugs,
3rd measures to combat drug abuse
4th system for the prevention of addiction and help addicts and occasional drug users.
