Description

Specialty mental health services, as defined in Section 1810.247 and in accordance with this Chapter, shall be provided to Medi-Cal beneficiaries of each county through a mental health plan which contracts with the Department to provide specialty mental health services to those Medi-Cal beneficiaries and to share in the financial risk of providing specialty mental health services as provided in this Chapter.
