Description

The purpose of this Act is to prevent and eliminate discrimination against persons with disabilities. The objective of this law is to create equal opportunities for people with disabilities in all areas of life. The basic principles of this law are: Respect and ensure the human rights of disabled people and their dignity, Ensuring equal opportunities for people with disabilities and their non-discrimination and Respect for and acceptance of diversity of disability.
