Description

This Act is to counteract drug addiction and outlines that drug addiction is prevented through
policy-making in the fields of society, economy, education, health services with particular focus on the following areas:

1) Educational activities (informative and preventive)
2) Treatment, rehabilitation and reintegration of addicts;
3) Reducing harm to health and society;
4) Supervision of substances whose use can lead to addiction;
5) Combating illicit trafficking, manufacturing, processing, conversion and
possession of substances whose use can lead to addiction;
6) Supervise the cultivation of plants containing substances whose use
can lead to addiction.
