Description

The Equality Act 2010 repeals other anti-discriminatory pieces of legislation including:

The Sex Disqualification Removal Act 1919;
Equal Pay Act 1970;
Sex Discrimination Act 1975;
Race Relations Act 1976;
Sex Discrimination Act 1986;
Race Relations (Remedies) Act 1994;
Disability Discrimination Act 1995;

Although it replaced these acts entirely, it also replaced sections in other acts. For a full overview of it's impact on other legislation see Schedule 27 of the Equality Act 2010.
