Pour faire face aux problèmes majeurs et défis relevés, quatre axes stratégiques sont retenus, à savoir:- le renforcement des capacités du cadre institutionnel ;
- la promotion de la Santé de la Reproduction ;
- le renforcement de la lutte contre la maladie, et la gestion des urgences et catastrophes ;
