Description
This law regulates the right to protection of health which every individual has in terms of Section 4. of the Constitution of the United Mexican States, which establishes the terms and conditions for access to health services and the synchronicity of the Federation and the states in matters of public health.La presente ley reglamenta el derecho a la protección de la salud que tiene toda persona en los términos del Artículo 4o. de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, establece las bases y modalidades para el acceso a los servicios de salud y la concurrencia de la Federación y las entidades federativas en materia de salubridad general.
