Description

The purpose of the General Act on the Inclusion of People with Disabilities is primarily to regulate Article 1. of the Constitution of the United Mexican States which establishes the conditions under which the State shall promote, protect and ensure the full exercise of human rights and fundamental freedoms of persons with disabilities, ensuring their full inclusion into society within a framework of respect, equality and equal opportunities.
