Description

This Law shall regulate the system and organization to protect children.

(1) The protection of children's organized activities based on children's rights and
the rights and responsibilities of parents, family planning and the state and
local governments to conduct humane population policy.

(2) The protection of children is accomplished by providing the conditions and level of living
standard corresponding to the physical, mental, emotional, moral and
social development of children.

(3) State and local governments worry about giving adequate financial support to parents for
support, awareness, care and protection of children and organizing and ensuring the
development of facilities and services and protection of children.
