El Manual de Normas y Procedimientos en la atención en salud mental es el resultado de una serie de consultas con distintos profesionales de la atención de la salud mental en el sector público. Este manual propone las normas mínimas a las que se deben ajustar los profesionales de salud mental dependientes del Ministerio de Salud Pública y Bienestar Social.
