Description

Dieses Gesetz regelt:
- die Prävention und die Früherkennung übertragbarer, stark verbreiteter und
bösartiger Krankheiten des Menschen;
- die Gesundheitsförderung, soweit diese zur Verhütung von Krankheiten
- die Aufgaben, die Organisation und die Finanzierung des Schweizerischen
Instituts für Prävention und Gesundheitsförderung.
Krankheit meint hier die Beeinträchtigung der körperlichen oder psychischen Gesundheit.

La présente loi règle:
- la prévention et la détection précoce de maladies humaines transmissibles,
très répandues ou particulièrement dangereuses;
- la promotion de la santé, pour autant qu’elle contribue à prévenir les maladies
- les tâches, l’organisation et le financement de l’Institut suisse pour la prévention
et la promotion de la santé (institut).

La presente legge disciplina:
- la prevenzione e la diagnosi precoce di malattie umane trasmissibili, fortemente
diffuse e maligne;
- la promozione della salute, nella misura in cui contribuisce alla prevenzione
delle malattie;
- i compiti, l’organizzazione e il finanziamento dell’Istituto svizzero per la
prevenzione e per la promozione della salute (Istituto).

This law regulates:
