Artikel 15 dieses Gesetzes begrenzt die Urteilsfähigkeit bestimmter Personen-gruppen: „Urteilsfähig im Sinne des Privatrechts ist ein jeder, dem nicht wegen seines Kindesalters oder infolge von Geisteskrankheit, Geistesschwäche, Trunkenheit oder ähnlichen Zuständen die Fähigkeit mangelt, die Beweggründe und Folgen seines Verhaltens zu er-kennen oder einer richtigen Erkenntnis gemäß zu handeln.“

Section 15 of this law limits the power of judgment of special groups of people: “In the sense of private law every person has the power of judgment who is not absent of abilities to recognize the motivation and aftermath of his/her behavior or to act referred to right decisions in consequence of his/her infancy, mental illness, mental weakness, drunkenness or similar conditions.”
