ამ ბრძანებით მტკიცდება მოზრდილთა სპეციალიზებულ სადღეღამისო დაწესებულებებში სამედიცინო დოკუმენტაციის ფორმების, მათი წარმოებისა და შევსების წესი. ბრძანება გაცემულია „ჯანმრთელობის დაცვის შესახებ” საქართველოს კანონის 43-ე მუხლის, მე-16 მუხლის „ვ” ქვეპუნქტის და „საექიმო საქმიანობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 56-ე მუხლის შესაბამისად.The Order approves the rules regarding the medical record regulations in special living facilities for adults with mental disabilities.
