ამ დადგენილებით ევალება საქართველოს მთავრობას, რომ „შეზღუდული შესაძლებლობის მქონე პირთა სოციალური ინტეგრაციის კონცეფციის“ პრინციპების გათვალისწინებით 2009 წლის 1 სექტემბრამდე შეიმუშაოს და საქართველოს პარლამენტს წარუდგინოს სახელმწიფო სამოქმედო სტრატეგიული გეგმა.The Resolution entrusts the Government to elaborate a State Action Plan that will be based on the Concept of Social Integration of People with Disabilities.
