The National Strategy will focus on four key elements :• Economic strategy: Bolivia Productive from sectors that make up the matrix production and which contribute to its operation.
• Strategy socio community: Bolivia Digna , includes factors sectors and media distributors
production and social services.
•International relations strategy : Sovereign Bolivia , comprising economic, political and cultural sectors and includes related to trade and exchange of goods , services and capital.
• Strategy of social power : Bolivia Democratic includes sectors that will promote territorialized social power.
