Description

Legislative framework for Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities

This Act regulates the right to vocational rehabilitation and employment of disabled persons and provides other forms, measures and incentives for their employment and methods of financing. This Act also provides for different types of control bodies and institutions responsible for the implementation of the Act.
