La ley 28530 o ley de promoción de acceso a internet para personas con discapacidad y de adecuación del espacio físico en cabinas públicas de internet fue publicado en Perú el 24 de mayo de 2005. El objetivo de la ley es declarar la promoción del acceso al uso de internet y de las tecnologías de la información de las personas con discapacidad y la progresiva eliminación de las barreras físicas y tecnológicas que les impida su integración a la Sociedad de la Información y su reinserción al mercado laboral.

The act number 28530 or act on the promotion of Internet access for people with disabilities and on the appropriate use of physical space in public Internet booths was published in Peru on May 24, 2005.
