Description

The Strategy envisages measures and activities to be undertaken during the period from 2008 to 2016, in order to change the situation of persons with disability in Montenegro in accordance with the European standards and the standards prescribed by the UN CRPD.
The strategy comprises the following areas: health care, social protection and pension, disability insurance, field of education, professional training and employment, accessibility, culture, sport and recreation, as well as the field related to the position of disabled people’s organizations in civil society. Action plans are elaborated on a two year basis in order to foster the implementation of the strategy.
