Description

Les prestations prévues par la présente loi visent à:
- prévenir, réduire ou éliminer l’invalidité grâce à des mesures de réadaptation appropriées, simples et adéquates;
- compenser les effets économiques permanents de l’invalidité en couvrant les besoins vitaux dans une mesure appropriée;
- aider les assurés concernés à mener une vie autonome et responsable.

Die Leistungen dieses Gesetzes sollen:
- die Invalidität mit geeigneten, einfachen und zweckmässigen Eingliederungsmassnahmen
verhindern, vermindern oder beheben;
- die verbleibenden ökonomischen Folgen der Invalidität im Rahmen einer
angemessenen Deckung des Existenzbedarfs ausgleichen;
- zu einer eigenverantwortlichen und selbstbestimmten Lebensführung der betroffenen
Versicherten beitragen.

Le prestazioni della presente legge si prefiggono di:
