Lov om ungdomsuddannelse for unge med særlige behov

VI MARGRETHE DEN ANDEN, af Guds Nåde Danmarks Dronning, gør vitterligt: Folketinget har vedtaget og Vi ved Vort samtykke stadfæstet følgende lov:

Kapitel 1
Formål m.v.

§ 1. Formålet med ungdomsuddannelsen er, at unge udviklingshæmmede og andre unge med særlige behov opnår personlige, sociale og faglige kompetencer til en så selvstændig og aktiv deltagelse i voksenlivet som muligt og eventuelt til videre uddannelse og beskæftigelse.
Stk. 2. Ungdomsuddannelsen retter sig mod unge, der ikke har mulighed for at gennemføre en anden ungdomsuddannelse.
Stk. 3. Kommunalbestyrelsen sikrer, at unge udviklingshæmmede og andre unge med særlige behov orienteres om uddannelsestilbuddet efter denne lov.

Law on secondary education for young people with special needs

We Margrethe the Second, by the Grace of God Queen of Denmark, hereby make known that parliament has passed and we have our Royal Assent to the following Act:

Chapter 1
Purpose etc.

§ 1 The purpose of this training is that mentally disabled young people and other young people with special needs achieve personal, social and professional skills for such an independent and active participation in adult life as possible and possibly to further education and employment.
Stk. 2 Youth program is aimed at young people who are not able to carry out a second youth.
Stk. 3 The local council will ensure that young people with learning disability and other young people with special needs informed of training on offer under this Act.
