Приводится Перечень медицинских психиатрических противопоказаний для осуществления отдельных видов профессиональной деятельности и деятельности, связанной с источником повышенной опасности, регламентирует порядок выдачи лицензий на деятельность по оказанию психиатрической помощи. Дополнительно приводится ряд положений регулирующих деятельность психиатрической службы, включая порядок назначения психиатров на должность, их лицензирование, трудовой отпуск и др.
