Настоящий Закон направлен на определение правовых и организационных основ оказания психологической помощи в целях обеспечения прав и законных интересов граждан при ее получении. Вводит определение, виды психологической помощи, регламентирует процесс ее оказания и регулирования, права и обязанности граждан и специалистов при ее оказании.This Act aims to define the legal and institutional framework to provide psychological care to ensure the rights and legitimate interests of citizens in its delivery. It introduces the definition, types of psychological help, regulate the process of its delivering and controlling,as well as the rights and duties of citizens and professionals in its provision.
