National Anti-Drug Strategy for the years 2011-2018 (hereinafter - the Strategy) is drawnfrom an analysis of current situation in combating drug addiction and drug trafficking. This Strategy describes the current situation in the field and defines the necessary objectives, actions and measures to establish clear responsibilities for all actors involved in the prevention and suppression of consumption and / or drug trafficking.
