Description

The national action plan is intended to improve healthy nutrition and physical activity in Germany in order to ensure that adults live healthier, children grow up healthier and therefore benefit from a higher quality of life and increased performance in education, work and private life. Further, this plan seeks to reduce diseases related to an unhealthy lifestyle, an unbalanced nutrition and a lack of physical activity.
