본 사업계획안은 다음을 목적으로 한다:
1) 정신질환에 대한 국민들의 편견해소 및 인식개선으로 정신질환자의 재활의욕고취 및 사회복귀 기반조성;
2) 일반국민에 대하여 정신질환의 폐해에 대한 교육 및 홍보를 통해 정신건강의 필요성 인식;
3) 정신질환으로 인한 사회 경제적인 손실을 경감하고, 법적 및 제도적 환경개선에 기여.

1) Reduce stigma and improve awareness of mental illness among the general population, thereby motivating persons with mental illness to rehabilitate and forming a basis for them to return to society;
