이 법은 장애인이 그 능력에 맞는 직업생활을 통하여 인간다운 생활을 할 수 있도록 장애인의 고용촉진 및 직업재활을 꾀하는 것을 목적으로 한다.The purpose of this Act is to facilitate the employment promotion and vocational rehabilitation of disabled persons so that they may be able to enjoy their life with human dignity through professional life suited to their abilities.
