조선민주주의인민공화국 아동권리보장법은 아동권리보장제도를 더욱 공고발전시켜 사회생활, 교육, 보건, 가정, 사법분야를 비롯한 모든 분야에서 아동의 권리와 리익을 최대로 보장하는데 이바지한다.
