Das Gesetz zur Einführung eines pauschalierenden Entgeltsystems für psychiatrische und psychosomatische Einrichtungen (Psych-Entgeltgesetz) bestehte aus ändetung der folgenden Gesetzte: Krankenhausfinanzierungsgesetz (KHG), Bundespflegesatzverordnung, Krankenhausentgeltgesetz, SGB V, SGB III, Krankenhausbuchführungsverordnung, Abgrenzungsverordnung und hat zur Annulierung der Psychiatrie-Personal-Verordnung in 2017 geführt.
