Šīs ir rīcības plāns, kuru izstrādāja Labklājības ministrija saskaņā ar Invaliditātes un tās izraisīto seku mazināšanas politikas pamatnostādnēm 2005.-2015.gadam. Rīcības plāna mērķis: mazināt risku kļūt par invalīdiem personām ar draudošu invaliditāti, pilnveidot valsts sociālās aizsardzības sistēmu personām, kurām invaliditāte ir noteikta, tādējādi mazinot viņu sociālās atstumtības risku, kā arī veicināt invalīdu nodarbinātību.

This is a work plan developed by the Ministry of Welfare in accordance with the Policy on reduction of disability and its consequences in 2005-2015. The aim of the plan is to: reduce the risk of becoming disabled in people with threatening disability, improve the social care system for people with disability, decrease the risk of social exclusion, and stimulate employment in people with disabilities.
