La Ley del Adulto Mayor, tiene por objeto establecer el régimen jurídico e institucional de protección y garantías para las personas adultas mayores, con el fin de garantizar el efectivo cumplimiento de lo establecido en el artículo 77 de la Constitución Política de la República de Nicaragua.
