Description

This Provincial Act seeks to ensure equal opportunities for all persons with disabilities regarding the accessibility and design about the environments, processes, goods, products and services, as well as in relation to objects or instruments, tools and devices, so that they become understandable, usable and playable by all persons, on equal terms of safety, comfort in the most autonomous and natural form as possible.

Esta Ley Foral tiene por objeto garantizar la igualdad de oportunidades a las personas con discapaci- dad en relación con la accesibilidad universal y diseño para todos respecto a los entornos, los procesos, bienes, productos y servicios, así como en relación con los objetos o instrumentos, herramientas y dispositivos, de tal forma que los mismos se hagan comprensibles, utilizables y practicables por todas las personas, en igualdad de condiciones de seguridad, comodidad y de la forma más autónoma y natural posible.
