Description

Regional Act aims to ensure comprehensive care for children in the field of Navarra, establishing the legal framework for child protection, administrative measures and actions of prevention and promotion, and counseling intervention and integration with respect children subject to system reform in the framework of the implementation of the measures imposed by the courts, ensuring the exercise of their rights and defend their interests as well as its development in different areas of coexistence.

Ley Foral tiene como finalidad asegurar la atención integral a los menores en el ámbito de la Comunidad Foral de Navarra, estableciendo el marco jurídico de protección del menor, las medidas y actuaciones administrativas de prevención y promoción, y la intervención de orientación e inserción con respecto a los menores sujetos al sistema de reforma en el marco de la ejecución de las medidas impuestas por los órganos jurisdiccionales, garantizando el ejercicio de sus derechos y la defensa de sus intereses, así como su desarrollo integral en los diferentes ámbitos de convivencia.
