In 2007, the Finnish Government set the strategy for national development in three areas, namely the policy programme for employment, entrepreneurship and worklife; the policy programme for health promotion; and the policy programme for the well-being of children, youth and families. This document described the program objectives for each focal areas as well as indicators used for monitoring and evaluation.
