National health plan for Belize, developed as part of the Health Sector Reform process. This document is an instrument to guide health personnel and stakeholders in attaining national targets in health care services.The expectation is that this Five Year Strategic Health Plan will be the instrument to guide all health care personnel and stakeholders in attaining national targets in health care services. A comprehensive health care system with emphasis on Primary Care Services is fundamental in maintaining the health status of Belize, and truly enable us to attain “Equal Health For All”.
