Description
This document sets out the vision of Scotland and immediate actions for reshaping the care and support of older people in the country. It was co-produced through an extensive period of development and engagement with the people of Scotland and with political, organisational and community interests at both local and national levels. Achieving this vision will require extensive collaboration to resolve our differences and transcend traditional boundaries; to recognise shared aspirations and responsibilities; to share skills, talents and resources; and to build a new dynamic where all people are both contributors and beneficiaries alike – giving meaning to a mutual care approach.Content
