Description

The Youth Plan of the Balearic Islands is based on the conviction that:
a) A new impetus for youth policy and a renewal of traditional conceptions. There are new realities that require renewal of discourse and policies. In this sense, policies of affirmative or positive rights are a first step.
b) must overcome the stage of comprehensive plans and consider the need to move towards the development of strategic plans, which use defined courses of action, responsibilities, deadlines, budgets, etc.
c) The plans must be clearly assessed; therefore they must have measurable objectives and should establish assessment indicators, budgets, deadlines, tracking commissions, etc.
d) The plans should point the needs of policy development.
e) analysis of the assessment and actions have allowed to develop a policy increasingly tailored to the needs and demands and of increasingly higher quality.
