Esta Agenda está sujeta y articulada al Plan Nacional para el Buen Vivir, la que constituye instrumento de política pública, elaborada con la activa participación ciudadana más la de otros estamentos y niveles de gobierno que, una vez implementadas, permitirán a la población una vida con dignidad. De esta se posibilitará el desarrollo como base fundamental, no sólo para la construcción de ciudadanía y cohesión social, sino para el buen vivir individual y colectivo.

This Agenda is articulated in the National Plan for Good Living, which is a public policy instrument, developed with active citizen participation over the other branches and levels of government. Once implemented, it will allow people to live a dignified life.
