Le présent document a été rédigé dans le respect des préconisations et des recommandations définies par la circulaire N° DGOS/PF3/2011/451 du 1 er Décembre 2011, relative au guide méthodologique pour l’élaboration du programme régional de télémédecine.

Finalité du Programme Régional de Télémédecine (PRT)
Le PRT, constitue l’un des programmes spécifiques composant le projet régional de santé. A ce titre, il a pour objectif de décliner les modalités spécifiques d’application des schémas. Ainsi, selon le Décret n° 2010-514 du 18 mai 2010 relatif au pro jet régional de santé, le PRT définit les orientations souhaitables du développement de la télémédecine dans les territoires au service des axes retenus dans les schémas d’organisation des soins, d’organisation médico-sociale et de prévention.

Purpose of the Regional Telemedicine Program (RTP):
The RTP is one of the specific programs of the regional health project. Thus, according to Decree No. 2010-514 of 18 May 2010 on the pro regional jet health, PRT lay down guidelines
desirable of the development of telemedicine in the territories serving areas identified in care organization plans, medical and social organization plans and prevention plans.
